Hotel bookings are no longer available via the online registration form. Should you wish to make a new booking or make changes to an existing booking, please contact the hotel directly by using the contact form below.

If you are making a new booking request please remember to include in your message the following details: Arrival and departure date Bed type required (i.e. King or Twin).

Please note the hotel will request your credit card details to secure the booking. In addition please also note that your booking or change is not confirmed until your receive the confirmation from the hotel.

Please note as per the terms and conditions of all accommodation bookings: All deposits are non -refundable if reservation is cancelled on or after the 2nd August 2010 and will also be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked for. If you have used credit card details to guarantee your reservation please be aware one nights room rate will be deducted from the supplied card, by the hotel, if the reservation is cancelled or you fail to arrive on the specified date.

Perth Free Transit Zone (FTZ) and Central Area Transit Service (CAT)

The Free Transit Zone or FTZ (for buses) and the SmartRider Free Transit Zone (for trains) operates within the Perth city boundaries. Passengers can travel within it on any bus or train* for free, as often as they want. Look for the FTZ logo on bus stops to identify the FTZ boundaries.

CAT services

The Perth, Fremantle and Joondalup CAT (Central Area Transit) services are free high frequency services that operate in the Perth, Fremantle & Joondalup CBD.  Click here for further information about the free CAT services.

Group Bookings / Non-listed Hotels

If your organisation would like to make a Group Booking or place group accommodation at hotels not listed above, the Conference Managers can secure rooms and negotiate group rates on your behalf with the hotel of your choice.  With a large network of hotel contacts our experienced staff are able to ensure all your needs are met and your booking is managed efficiently.

Deposit

Rooms are being held by the Conference Managers on behalf of the delegates until 2 August 2010. All hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a minimum one night’s room rate or credit card details in order to secure a reservation. The Conference Managers will accept accommodation deposits up until 2 August 2010 and will settle the deposit with the hotel. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check out.

Late bookings can be made through the Conference Managers after 2 August 2010 but are subject to availability and credit card details are required to secure the reservation. One night’s room rate will be deducted from the supplied card, by the hotel, if the reservation is cancelled or the delegate fails to arrive on the specified date.

How to book Accommodation

Accommodation can be booked when you complete the online registration form, on the registration page of this website. The Conference Managers will forward your contact details, reservation and deposit or credit card details to the hotel of your choice.

Change of Booking

Any change to a reservation must be notified to the Conference Managers and not directly to the hotel.  Please note that any changes should be made to the Conference Managers by 17 August 2010.  Cancellations must be made in writing.

Late Arrivals

Please indicate when you register, or notify the Conference Managers in writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 1800 hours, failure to do so may mean that your room will be released.

Check-in and Check-out times

For most hotels Check-in time is 3.00pm and Check-out time is 11.00am.  Should you wish to guarantee check-in before 3.00pm you will need to pre-book, and pay for the previous night.  If you wish to guarantee a late checkout you will need to book for the next night.  These additional nights can be booked at the time of making your reservation. If required please indicate on your registration form

Hotel Check in Procedures

As per standard hotel policies and procedures delegates will be required to provide a credit card or full cash payment upon check in. This is to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay and all remaining unpaid room nights, regardless if your booking was guaranteed by a deposit to secure your booking. 

The hotel will hold on your credit card, until point of check out, all unpaid accommodation nights reserved plus a daily amount for incidental charges. If you will be settling your accommodation account by cash you will be asked to pre pay for your accommodation in full plus a cash deposit for incidentals. Should you not utilize any incidentals during your stay the cash deposit, for incidentals only, will be refunded to you by the hotel upon check out. Please note the daily incidental charge may vary across the listed hotels. 

Accommodation Refunds

The deposit is non-refundable at 2 August 2010 and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked. Cancellations must be made in writing.
