Theme

The theme for the conference in 2010 is “BACK TO THE FUTURE – UNLOCKING THE POTENTIAL”. This theme will be addressed in a different light on each of the three days of the Conference.

On day 1 the theme will be “Looking Back: Learning from the Past”. Presentations will focus on the evidence for those interventions that have been proven to be effective for improving the quality of health care. We know what we should be doing, why aren’t we?

On day 2 the theme will be the “Here and Now: Doing it Better”. The focus will be on strategies that we are currently using to improve health care and those strategies that we could be utilising more effectively to achieve this.

On day 3 the theme will be “Looking Forward: on to the Future”. Conference participants will be presented with new, innovative but proven strategies for improving health care in the future.
