Please note: If you have selected a 'Non Member Full Registration’ as your registration category, you are required to submit a username and password. Please enter your preferred 'Username' (preferably your email address) and 'Password' when prompted in the online form.

All Conference Delegates are entitled to the following:

  • All official documentation including program booklet and list of participants
  • Welcome Reception
  • Morning and afternoon teas
  • Lunches

Important Registration Information

NOTE:  Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as 'Conference arinex Sydney''.

Cheques should be made payable to AAQHC Conference 2010. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.

Cheque payments will only be accepted until 2 August 2010. After this date, all registrations (including accommodation bookings) must be submitted with credit card payment via the online registration form or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.

All cheque payments will incur an AU$10.00 processing fee.

You may not pay your fees by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Conference. Your letter of acknowledgement will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference.  At the Conference you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/Conference documentation, and a list of Delegates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees:
Before 16 June 2010 will incur an AU$100.00 cancellation fee.
Before 2 August 2010 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
After 2 August 2010 there will be no refund.

Accommodation:
One nights deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable at 2 August 2010.

Social:
Payments are non-refundable at 2 August 2010.

Entrance to Conference

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
